FanDirect Order Form

Saved by Grace Foundation is working together with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to provide fans to inmates who are suffering from extreme heat temperatures throughout the course of summer.  Presently, SBG has supplied order forms that you may download below and submit with a check made payable to TDCJ to provide a fan for a friend or loved one you know who is presently incarcerated.  Don’t hesitate to do your part to make the corrections center a more habitable place for those dear to you!
